We are under another severe storm watch & the area schools even dismissed early today. Earlier today there was either frost or snow stuck to the tree branches. I always think that this is one of the most beautiful things about winter.

Bowling
On Saturday I went bowling with a couple friends. According to my scores - I definitely do not have any bowling skills. I did however, get a strike in each game!!

More slippin' & slidin'
Monday I took the dogs to the airport & fairgrounds to run around. They did more sliding than running. This video has a lot more slippin' & slidin' then the previous one posted.

Slippin' & Slidin'
I took the dogs out for a walk today & it's still quite slippery from the rain Saturday night which made the walk kind of amusing. The dogs did fall a couple of times but I didn't catch it on tape. I, however, did not fall once. :)

Rain + Iowa + Winter does not mix
We had freezing rain last night which led to icy conditions last night & this morning. I was barely able to open my car door & then it took me a few slams to get it to shut. Then when I could barely make it up the small incline of the parking lot, I called Dad to pick me up for church. :)
